PLEASE READ OUR GUIDELINE and POLICIES THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU START BOOKING.
Once you complete booking, your schedule will be fixed and unchangeable throughout the Spring semester.
Students should ask for a leave of absence 24 hours before class starts by contacting NECEF (contact@neweracultureandeducation.org) and your tutor via email.
If you're absent, please reschedule your class with your tutor. Absences without rescheduling will be counted as no-shows.
Missing two sessions without rescheduling will lead to disqualification.
To maintain the quality of our online tutoring sessions, students are required to keep their cameras on at all times during each session. NECEF reserves the right to disqualify a student from the program if they fail to follow the camera policy.
The only session that you can choose on the system calendar are from 1/27 to 1/31. Don’t worry. NECEF will help book the rest of the classes for you throughout the semester, and all classes we book will maintain the same schedule and tutor as you have selected.
You can only choose ONE session at most for this semester due to limited sessions we have currently. We will cancel the extra selections if you select more than one sessions.
First come, first serve! If you missed the registration this time and still wanted to join the free tutoring program, please fill out the form here. We will contact you once we have available any sessions.
If you want to drop out from the program during the semester, please contact NECEF (contact@neweracultureandeducation.org) via email.
Each tutor session lasts 30 minutes.
NECEF is grateful that our volunteer tutors devote themselves to helping the younger students. Meanwhile, we hope that we can cherish the learning opportunities they offer. Together, we will build a robust learning system that assists the younger generation in enjoying learning.
