One-on-One Tutoring
NECEF offers free online math and English tutoring for students in grades 1-8 to boost their academic success. Parents can enroll their children by completing an application form. NECEF will then assess your needs and pair your child with a suitable tutor.

Fixed Schedule: Once booked, your schedule is final. Select one session between 9/2–9/8; NECEF will schedule the rest with the same tutor and time. Extra bookings will be canceled.

Attendance:

Email both NECEF (contact@neweracultureandeducation.org) and your tutor 24 hours in advance if you’ll miss a session.

You must reschedule missed sessions directly with your tutor.

Two missed sessions without rescheduling = removal from the program.

Camera On: Keep your camera on during all sessions. Repeated violations may lead to disqualification.

Session Time: Each session is 30 minutes.

Availability: First come, first served. Join the waitlist (link to the application form) if sessions are full.

Withdrawals: Email NECEF if you wish to drop the program.

Respect: Please honor our tutors’ time by showing up and engaging fully. Let’s build a strong learning community together!
The Booking Procedures
Please find more instructions about using the booking system control panel below:
1. Select a tutor that you want to take a class with. Please note that the subject, grade level, and meeting frequency are different for each tutor.
2. Choose the day and subject. If the meeting day does not fit your requirement, please refresh the webpage and go back to the first step.
3. Choose the tutor and check the grade level and meet frequency again. If the information does not fit your requirement, please refresh the webpage and go to back to the first step.
4. Choose a session. Please take notice of the meeting date and time. If the session has been booked or does not fit your requirements, please refresh the webpage and go back to the first step.
5. Fill out the contact information form and submit. If you decide to choose another session/tutor/day instead, please refresh the webpage and go back to the first step. Please note that you can only choose ONE session at most for this semester. We will cancel the extra selections if you book more than ONE session.
